Hello readers!

If you have stumbled upon this blog somehow, you are likely a college football enthusiast like myself. If so or if you are a family member or close personal friend of mine who feels some type of relational obligation to read this, then welcome! I’m happy you are here.

I started this blog for a couple of reasons: to finally pursue an interest in writing and creating and to provide a valid excuse to have college football at the forefront of mind daily.

A quick bit of background: I’ve been a college football fan my whole life, now being in my late 20s, with fond childhood memories of waking up Saturday mornings giddy to flip on the TV to watch Corso and the gang on Gameday as I’m sure many of you have. I grew up in California watching Pac-10 football while it was still light outside up until college when I moved east to attend a Big Ten school. For the past decade plus, I have identified both as a mass consumer of college football media as well as a “lurker” who never commented or posted on forums even behind the veil of online anonymity. As for my writing experience, I would describe it as fairly negligible outside of corporate emails and a small stint writing website blurbs for a D1 school 10 years ago. The point being: my writing is definitely a work in progress so please stick with me as it hopefully slowly improves. Or don’t.

Topically, this blog will be any and all things college football with more of a heightened focus on the Big Ten. Topics will include projections, rankings, analysis, sports betting, and much more. My goal is to post here daily leading up to and throughout the 2026 season. I’m currently working on a weekly content schedule for in-season posting so be on the lookout for that. I’m also open to having friends who are big college football fans guest write or contribute to articles on here. If anyone is interested in growing this blog alongside me, I’m all ears.

So that’s pretty much all I wanted to lay out before kicking this thing off! If you hang around, I hope you enjoy the writing and analyses.
